Where to write
- Sales, demos and support — hello@nomi-tech.com. Bring a credential you already issue and we will show you what it looks like in your users' wallets — twenty minutes, no commitment. Existing customers get a faster route from inside the console, which reaches us with the organisation already attached.
- Privacy and data requests — privacy@nomi-tech.com. Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection. If a business issued you a credential, write to that business first — see the Privacy Policy.
- Legal notices, contracts and DPAs — legal@nomi-tech.com. Order forms, data processing agreements, security questionnaires, trademark and press questions.
- Security reports — security@nomi-tech.com. Vulnerability disclosure, under the safe harbour on the Security page. Acknowledged within 3 business days.
- Abuse — abuse@nomi-tech.com. Credentials or accounts being used to impersonate, defraud or mislead. Include what you saw and where.

What to expect
We answer business enquiries within two business days, security reports within three, and data protection requests within the 30 days the law allows — sooner where we can. If a request needs us to identify you, we will ask for the minimum that makes that possible and nothing more.
In United States
Email is answered on weekdays, roughly 8am to 6pm Eastern Standard Time. Security reports are picked up outside those hours.
We do not publish a phone line: a number nobody answers is worse than an address that gets read. If a call would be quicker, say so in your email and give us a number on +1 — someone will ring you from United States business hours.
