Your identity, your region, your paperwork.
Nomi for organisations where the credential is already part of a critical operation: past 25,000 live credentials, a dedicated deployment, a specific region and a contract of your own.
What the plan carries
- No limit
- Live credentials
- No limit
- Checks a month
- Complete
- Event history
- 30,000
- Requests a minute
Where the price list ends
Up to 25,000 live credentials the price is published. Past that point it is not, and the reason is not commercial reticence: at that scale come requirements — where the data resides, what the legal function signs, what the security function reviews — that change what has to be built. Setting a price before reading them would be inventing one.
There is no calculator for your organisation, because your organisation does not fit in one either.
The proposal is built on
- The volume of live credentials
- How many organisations and administrators manage them
- API and event consumption
- The integrations that already exist
- The region the data has to reside in
- The controls your security function requires
- The service and support levels committed to
- The contractual framework and the procurement procedure
Your operation determines the architecture. The architecture determines the proposal.
One infrastructure. Your whole organisation.
Enterprise is not limited to a single kind of credential. Every relationship your organisation already maintains lives on the same infrastructure.
- Memberships
- Employee badges
- Student credentials
- Loyalty
- Events
- Benefits
- Access
- Visitors
One organisation, one infrastructure, all of its relationships.
Your systems stay the source of truth
Nomi replaces nothing your organisation already runs. It sits on top of it.
- Your CRM stays your CRM.
- Your ERP stays your ERP.
- Your HR system stays yours.
- Your membership platform stays yours.
They hold the record. Nomi turns it into a credential that can be issued, updated, suspended and revoked.
An environment that is not shared
There are requirements a shared environment does not resolve.
Dedicated deployment
An environment reserved for your organisation, with its own resources and an architecture aligned to how you operate.
Your region
Where the location of the data is a requirement rather than a preference, the deployment goes to the region that applies.
Architecture review
Your technical team and ours go through integrations, flows, dependencies and scale before anything reaches production.
Security and contracts, inside your process
Putting a platform into a large organisation is not decided by the technology function alone: security, legal, privacy and procurement all take part. Enterprise is built to go through those processes.
Your security team talks to ours
- Security review and architecture review
- Assessment of the integrations
- Security questionnaires answered by the people who built the platform
- Access controls, roles and permissions
- Technical and privacy documentation
The legal function does not have to be the bottleneck
- Your own contract
- A data processing agreement
- A non-disclosure agreement
- A service level agreement
- Adjusted commercial terms
- The documentation your procurement procedure asks for
Your organisation has a procedure. Nomi goes through it rather than asking for it to be waived.
When something fails, you know who to call
A credential that fails for one person is an inconvenience. For twenty-five thousand it is an incident, with people held at a door.
Priority handling
With escalation when an incident needs attention immediately rather than in turn.
A contact who already knows you
Nobody should have to explain their architecture from scratch on every call.
Service level agreement
Availability and response commitments in writing, not as a description of intent.
Already issuing with another provider?
The move is ours to carry out. It is worked through with you, in this order.
- Credentials
- Templates
- Integrations
- Data
- Issuing
- Operation
A migration should be a technical project, not a problem for the person carrying the credential on their phone.
Included at every scope
- Your own Apple certificate & Google issuer
- Single sign-on for your team
- Connectors — SCIM, SFTP, CSV, scheduled pull
- Signed webhooks with retries
