Digital credentials,everywhere.
Nomi turns the record that already says who your members, staff or students are into a credential they carry on their phone. It is issued from the system you already run, it updates itself when the record changes, and it stops working the day the relationship ends.
Every use case starts from a finished credential.
Not a blank canvas. Each one is a finished pass with its fields already wired to your records — open it in Studio, Nomi's editor, and change whatever does not suit you.
Membership
Member
The default membership card: name, tier, member number and a code the front desk can read.
The same one, on the watch
Every pass you build reaches the wrist too, without designing it twice.
Member — Membership
Every one of these is a starting point, not a mock-up. Open one in Studio and it is already wired to your fields.
Proving you belong shouldn't depend on an app loading.
When the credential lives inside an app, showing it means opening the app, still being signed in, and having signal. In a queue at the door, with people behind you, that is too much to ask. In the phone's wallet it is one swipe away and works with no connection at all.
Credential inside an app

Same data, same organisation, same user. The difference is where the credential lives.
Your systems already know who your users are. Nomi turns that into a credential.
Nomi connects to your CRM, your ERP or your membership system, reads who is who from there, and issues the credential. Nothing gets migrated and there is no second list to keep — yours stays in charge, and Nomi follows it.
Read from the systems that already hold the relationship.
Nomi generates, signs and delivers the credential.
Changes upstream propagate to the credential in place.
Four steps, then it runs itself.
You connect it once. After that, when somebody renews, changes tier or leaves, the credential in their pocket follows — nobody re-issues anything and nobody has to be told.
Connect
Point Nomi at the systems that already hold the relationship — CRM, ERP, membership, HR or academic records. Sync over API or webhooks.
Create
Define the credential once: fields, artwork, rules, expiry. The template becomes the contract between your data and what the user sees.
Issue
Deliver the credential to the user's wallet with a link, an email or an API call. No app to install, no account to create.
Manage
Renew, update or revoke from the console or programmatically. The credential on the device follows the state of the relationship.
If your organisation has members, staff, students or guests, you already issue credentials.
They are probably plastic, paper, or a photo somebody keeps in their camera roll. These are the same six relationships, issued to a phone instead — start with the one you already manage.
Memberships
Clubs, gyms, retail programmes. The pass renews itself instead of expiring in a drawer.
Employee IDs
Badges for staff and contractors, revoked the moment the relationship ends.
Student IDs
Enrolment, term and campus access reflected on the credential each period.
Loyalty
Points, tiers and offers that update on the device without opening anything.
Events
Passes issued at scale, updated with schedule changes, revoked on cancellation.
Benefits
Benefit and guest credentials tied to eligibility in your existing systems.
Built for the infrastructure you already run.
Nomi is not another source of truth. Your CRM, ERP, membership platform and HR system stay exactly where they are — Nomi becomes the layer that turns what they already know into a credential.
- Your records stay in your systems
- Integrate over API, webhooks or scheduled sync
- Roll out one credential type, then add more
- Nothing to migrate, nothing to switch off
Nomi adds a layer. It doesn't replace one.
A credential is not a static card. It has a lifecycle.
Issuing is the easy part. The value is in everything that happens afterwards — and that is what Nomi is built to run.
Create
Define the credential once — fields, artwork, rules and validity. The template is the contract between your data and what the user sees.
Cycling automatically — pick a stage to hold it.
What actually changes, for your team and for your people.
Not the abstract case for digital credentials — the specific things that stop happening once the card lives on the phone instead of behind a login.
Less friction at the moment of truth
The credential is one swipe away instead of five taps deep.
Fewer reasons to open the app
Simple identification stops depending on a session and a network.
Credential management, automated
Issue, renew and revoke from rules instead of manual work.
One infrastructure, many credentials
Add employee IDs or event passes without building it twice.
Existing data, reused
The information is already in your systems — Nomi puts it to work.
A new digital channel
A surface your users already carry, kept current by you.
Organisations that replace part of their physical credential issuance may also reduce operational cost. We treat that as a hypothesis to measure with your data — not a number to promise up front.
Built to integrate.
Four endpoints do almost everything: connect your system, describe the credential, issue it, and let Nomi run the rest of its life. There is not much more to learn.

Priced on the credentials that are live, not on how many times you issue them.
A live credential is one somebody is carrying right now and that still works. A membership held all year counts as one — even if your nightly import re-issued it twenty times, which is not twenty credentials and is not billed as if it were.
Prices in USD. Nomi operates and invoices from Costa Rica. Prices already include IVA at 13%. If your account is registered as exempt, the invoice does not charge it. Paid by card. The subscription renews on its own and is cancelled from the console whenever you like; card details are typed into the processor's own form, so Nomi neither sees nor stores them.

From Starter up, going over does not stop you
Credentials past the allowance are billed at the rate above and issuing keeps working. A platform that refuses to issue badges on the morning a company hires more people than it forecast is failing on the day it matters most. Developer is the exception on purpose: it stops at 250, so nobody runs production on the plan meant for building the integration.
A smaller plan never revokes anything
Downgrading refuses the next credential. It does not touch the ones already in someone's wallet.
The price book and the invoice are one file
This table is read from the same catalogue billing charges against, so what you read here and what you are charged cannot drift apart.
What Nomi is, in plain answers.
The questions that come up in the first call, answered here so you do not have to book one to get them.
What is Nomi?
Nomi is a B2B platform for issuing and managing digital credentials — memberships, employee IDs, student IDs, loyalty cards, event passes and benefit cards — that live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Organisations connect the system that already holds the relationship, define the credential once as a template, and Nomi signs, issues, updates and revokes it over its lifetime.
What problem does Nomi solve?
A credential that lives inside an app can only be shown by opening the app, still being signed in and having a connection. Nomi puts the same credential in the phone's wallet, where it opens in one swipe and works with no network at all — and keeps it in step with your records, so a membership that lapses or an employee who leaves stops being valid without anybody re-issuing anything.
Who is Nomi for?
Organisations that already have members, staff, students or guests and issue them something today — plastic cards, paper passes or a PDF. Typical users are membership organisations, gyms and clubs, retailers with loyalty programmes, employers issuing staff badges, universities issuing student IDs, and event organisers. Nomi is sold to the organisation, not to the credential holder.
How does Nomi work?
Four steps. You connect Nomi to the systems that already hold the relationship — CRM, ERP, membership platform, HRIS or academic records — over the API, webhooks or a scheduled sync. You define the credential once as a template: fields, artwork, rules and validity. You issue it to a person, who adds it to their wallet from a link, an email, a QR code or an API call. From then on you renew, update or revoke it from the console or programmatically, and the credential already on the device follows.
What kinds of digital credentials can Nomi issue?
Membership cards, employee and contractor badges, student IDs, loyalty and tier cards, event passes and benefit or guest credentials. They are all the same underlying object — a signed credential with fields, artwork and a lifecycle — so an organisation that starts with one type adds the next without building the integration twice.
Does Nomi work with Apple Wallet?
Yes. Nomi generates and signs Apple Wallet passes, and delivers them to iPhone and Apple Watch. On the plans that include it you can sign with your own Apple pass type certificate, so the credential is issued under your organisation's identity rather than under Nomi's.
Does Nomi work with Google Wallet?
Yes. Nomi issues Google Wallet passes to Android devices, and on the plans that include it can issue under your own Google Wallet issuer account. A credential is defined once and issued to both wallets — you do not maintain two designs.
Does Nomi have an API?
Yes. Nomi is API-first: every action available in the admin console is also an HTTP endpoint. Credentials are issued, updated, suspended and revoked over a REST API authenticated with API keys, and the endpoints that create or change a credential accept an idempotency key so a retried request does not issue twice.
What can Nomi integrate with?
Anything that can call an HTTP API or receive one. Beyond the API, Nomi ships connectors for SCIM provisioning, SFTP and CSV imports, and scheduled syncs against a source system, plus single sign-on for your own team's access to the console. Nothing is migrated: your records stay in your systems and Nomi follows them.
Does Nomi support multi-tenant management?
Yes. Nomi is organised around organisations: every credential, template, connector, API key, webhook endpoint and event belongs to one, and members are invited into it with roles that decide what they can do. Data is scoped to the organisation at the storage layer, so one account's records are not reachable from another's.
Can credentials be revoked?
Yes, and revocation is a first-class part of the lifecycle rather than a deletion. A credential can be suspended and reinstated, revoked permanently, or left to expire on its own validity rules — from the console or over the API. Revoking it ends the credential on the device and leaves a record of who did it and when.
Does Nomi offer webhooks?
Yes. Nomi sends signed webhooks for credential events — issued, updated, suspended, revoked, expired — to endpoints you register, with automatic retries on failure and a delivery log in the console showing each attempt and its response. Signing lets your listener verify the call came from Nomi before acting on it.
Is Nomi built for enterprises?
It is built for organisations, and the enterprise pieces are real ones: single sign-on, roles and policies, signing with your own certificates and issuer, a queryable event record with signed audit export, per-organisation data scoping, rate limits and a written SLA on the plans that carry one. It also runs at a much smaller size — a pilot cohort is a normal way to start.
How is Nomi different from other wallet pass providers?
Three differences, all of them structural. Nomi is credential infrastructure rather than a pass designer: the lifecycle after issuance — update, suspend, revoke, expire, verify — is the product, and issuing is the easy part. It reads from the systems you already run instead of asking you to keep a second list, so nothing is migrated and your records stay authoritative. And it is priced on the credentials that are live rather than on how many times you issue them, so a nightly sync that re-issues the same membership twenty times is one credential on the invoice, not twenty.
Do our users have to install an app?
No. The credential is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, both of which are already on the phone. There is no Nomi app to download, no account for the holder to create and no password for them to remember — and because the pass is stored on the device, showing it does not require a connection.
